LANIER HEAD COACH: 9 Years 
12 Years of  Experience: Focus: Sprint Coach - 100M, 200M, and 400M and Relays

Coach Beard has been working at Lanier High School for 10 years and has worked in the Education Field for over 15 years.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked with adolescent for 18 years in various settings.

Coach Bernstein has been teaching and coaching at Lanier HS for 8 years, with a total of 20 years in education. 
Current Positions in addition to T&F:
Health and PE 9-12, Girls Flag Football, Asst. Marching Band Director.
Certification 
USATF Level 1 Coach
Experience with T&F:
Coach Bernstein has been around track and field her entire life. In addition to having a T&F coach as a father,  Coach Bernstein began throwing shot put, discus, and javelin for T&F beginning in 5th grade and continued in college at Hutchinson Community College and the University of Central Oklahoma, adding weight throw and hammer to her events.
